At work we use a piece of software by the name of rapid eye. Depending on the rights that the users are given you can do this. Besides just being able to see security cameras, you can also setup different zones to give off alarms and so forth. I am not sure how big of a business you are talking about or how much you want to invest, but it works for us and we have over 100 cameras running on it at a time. You can also write the video off to a hard drive for future playback.
