Security Cameras Systems

Anyone know of a good security camera? Want one that is wireless, broadcasts over the Internet, can see in the dark and can pan and get tight shots. Anything under $1000.

Need it cause some aholes keep stopping in front of my house to take pictures all hours of the day. Because it’s a new house, I think they are trying to plan a robbery or something.

Or would getting Westec home security or other security better?
